How to Marry A Millionaire

How to Marry A Millionaire – The Ultimate Guide to Catching Mr. Right!

Are you still thinking about how to marry a millionaire? According to a new report by New World Wealth, the UAE is said to have over 52,000 millionaires and at least 24 billionaires. In one of the world’s most luxurious cities, Dubai is the ultimate playground for the rich and beautiful. But how do you best go about finding and catching your Mr. Right? Millionaires and VIPs very own life and relationship coaches Rony and Darya have the following tips for women who are serious about settling down on how to marry a millionaire:

Live the life of a millionaire – location, location, location

You won’t swipe your way into the heart of a millionaire. Turn off Netflix, get off the couch and enjoy the best the UAE has to offer. Where should you be fishing for a millionaire? Chances are that you find them spending time with their rich and beautiful friends at high-end bars and restaurants, art galleries, polo matches, 5-star hotels, and business events. In Dubai, the DIFC and Sheikh Zayed areas are probably your best bet with Instagram hot spots Gaia, Zuma, La Petite Maison, Roberto’s, Cipriani, Amazonico, La Cantine, Bagatelle, etc.  Other places for A-listers include the ever fashionable Four Seasons with its Coya, Nammos Bay, and Nusret outlets, and the many beautiful places around Madinat Jumeirah, e.g. Jumeirah Al Naseem, Mina Salaam, etc. Be on the lookout for Al Serkal and DIFC Art Nights, and other special events. Abu Dhabi, of course, has many of the same brands.

Shopping isn’t a hobby

There’s nothing sexier than a woman with character, charisma and brains. A beautiful and confident woman that is professionally successful in her own right is truly someone who deserves to be admired. So to all of the women who think that shopping is a hobby, heed this wake up call. There’s nothing more off-putting than a bimbo sugarmomma treating her man like an ATM card.

While a beautiful woman can temporarily entertain any man in bed, that alone might be insufficient to get him to marry her. Many a sugarbaby might have been spoiled by insecure men with incessant gifts and shopping trips to Dubai Mall. How many of those sugarbabies have actually married their sugardaddies? Not many. Don’t be one of them.

Sometimes less is more

Monkey lips, fake double Ds, a portable Botox lab, Elvira’s make-up and low cut, see-through dresses that leave nothing to the imagination are better left to Instagram influencers. For the rest of us, less is more. You wouldn’t want your Mr. Right to be horrified at the sight of you without make-up the morning after.

Don’t play hard to get – say yes more often

“When a guy invites you out for a mere coffee or drinks, don’t turn them down,” says Darya. Just because he didn’t invite you for a dinner at a high-end restaurant right away doesn’t mean that he is cheap. It shouldn’t surprise you that successful men are busy professionals sometimes working 100-hour weeks – nights and weekends. For them to take some precious time off work and invest a few hours into a proper dinner date might not come easy. So don’t be offended if you only get invited for drinks initially. Go and enjoy the opportunity to make a new friend. The upside of a quick coffee or drinks is that if there’s no chemistry, it can be over quite quickly. Whereas a dinner date with a total bore of a man can be torture. Besides, drinks can easily turn into a dinner, so just say yes – no matter the occasion. And who doesn’t love a glass of champagne at FIVE Palm, Bahri Bar or Koko Bay for sunset?

Do play hard to get

There is a time and a place for playing hard to get. If you are serious about a relationship, you should not jump into bed with just about anything that moves. If you want to find true love and earn the respect of the future father of your children, enjoy – but don’t rush the dating process. Become true friends and soulmates first, not his “flavor of the month” hobby alongside half a dozen other girlfriends. It’s ok for him to earn your friendship, love and respect over several months. “No sex before marriage” might not be realistic for many cultures these days, but sometimes it’s good to wait for a good thing: Be that good thing worth waiting for.

Don’t chase the dragon

The “dragon” is the perfect multimillionaire tycoon that many a beautiful woman may have dated or even turned down when she was in her 20s. He was perfect in every regard; except he was too early. Exceptionally beautiful young women will always keep an eye out for an upgrade. If they are dating a millionaire, they might be on the lookout for a multi-millionaire. Those dating a multi-millionaire, might want to upgrade to a billionaire, and so on. Unfortunately for women, their biological clock and their attractiveness fades with age. By the time they hit their 30s, they are past the expiration date for many a dragon who might prefer someone 10 years her junior. After all, it should come to no surprise that successful men have options. Particularly rich men have multiple options and might very well take advantage of the opportunities that present themselves and play the field with rotating girlfriends every few weeks, or even multiple girlfriends at the same time. As the saying goes, some women are good enough to bed, but not good enough to take home to mom.

Happy couple, marry a millionaireTo be brutally honest, some women have to be careful not to overplay their hands and overestimate their market value. A beautiful woman is a dime a dozen in a place like Dubai that is swarming with 20-something year old models. What was a realistic goal in your 20s might not be realistic in your 30s, not to mention your 40s. So don’t chase the dragon…

Catch a rising star

Sometimes it is more rewarding to catch a rising star. As all of us in the UAE enjoy tax-free incomes, it does not take much for anyone to save their way to millionaire status. Even a mid-level consultant, lawyer, and engineer might command a six-figure income and can parlay that into a million dollars with some smart investment moves within 5 to 10 years. Not to mention that that person might also climb the corporate ladder and command a higher salary in years to come, making that millionaire status a reality even faster. So next time a Director or VP asks you out on a date, don’t say no. He might very well be a future CEO…
